1. Acceptance of terms

By adding Yumeko to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot and discontinue use.

2. Service description

Yumeko is a Discord entertainment bot offering casino-style games, a virtual economy, leveling and related features. The service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Virtual currency

All currency, items and prizes in Yumeko are entirely virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged or redeemed for real money or goods. Yumeko is not gambling.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the bot and for complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Server administrators are responsible for the bot's configuration in their server.

5. Prohibited use

Exploiting bugs, automating interactions, attempting to manipulate the economy, or using the bot for harassment or any unlawful purpose is prohibited and may result in exclusion from the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user or server at any time, particularly for abuse. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot.

7. Data

We process the data described in our Privacy Policy. By using the bot you consent to that processing.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including loss of virtual items or data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the bot's support channels.

10. Age requirement

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country to use Yumeko.
