1. What we collect

When you interact with Yumeko we store your Discord user ID, username and avatar reference, the servers where you use the bot, and gameplay data: balances, game results, inventory, levels, lottery tickets and command usage.

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the bot: tracking balances and progress, rendering leaderboards, enforcing limits, and diagnosing problems. AI commands forward your prompt to the AI provider to generate a response; prompts are not used to build profiles.

3. Storage and security

Data lives in an access-controlled database. Administrative access is limited, authenticated and audit-logged.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or trade your data. Limited data is shared only with Discord (to operate the bot) and the AI provider (only the content of AI command prompts).

5. Public data

Leaderboards displaying your Discord username, avatar and aggregate gameplay statistics are visible to other users and on this website.

6. Retention and deletion

Gameplay data is retained while the bot is in use. To request deletion of your data, contact the team through the bot's support server; server owners can also reset their server's economy from the panel.

7. Children

Yumeko is not directed at children under Discord's minimum age and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision.
